Our modern canned food production line integrates advanced canning machinery to streamline processing, ensuring hygiene, efficiency, and extended shelf life. This automated system handles can washing, filling, sealing, sterilization (retort), and packaging, designed for vegetables, fruits, meats, and seafood.
The canning process begins with fresh produce (fruit, vegetables, meat or fish) being picked at peak quality and transported to the factory. After thorough washing, the produce is prepared (peeled, trimmed, cored, sliced) and packed into cans moving along a conveyor system.
Liquid (brine, water, oil, syrup or juice) is added before sealing. Each can undergoes airtight testing before sterilization in large cookers that apply precise temperature and pressure conditions to eliminate microorganisms while preserving nutrients.
After cooling, cans are labeled and packaged for distribution, maintaining freshness until opened by the end consumer.
